A standard porta potty commonly runs 125 to 250 dollars for a weekend and 125 to 325 dollars for a month, delivery commonly runs 50 to 150 dollars, and weekly service commonly runs 30 to 60 dollars. Who Can Rent
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract and you must have the authority to place equipment where you ask us to place it. If the drop location is not yours, get the owner's permission first. If the unit or container is going in the public right of way in Memphis, a permit from the city may be required and obtaining it is part of the job. Site Access and Placement
Delivery assumes a clear, reachable, reasonably level spot. A roll-off truck needs straight clearance behind the drop point, and low wires, soft ground and tight alleys are the usual reasons a driver sets equipment somewhere other than the spot you picked. Tell us about access before the truck rolls. If a driver arrives and cannot safely place the equipment, or cannot reach it for pickup, the trip may need to be rescheduled.
Your Responsibilities During the Rental
Keep the equipment reachable for service. A weekly service visit on a portable toilet rental cannot happen if a truck is parked in front of the unit. Do not move a unit or container yourself, do not overload a container past its fill line, and do not put prohibited material in a dumpster. You are responsible for damage beyond normal use, including tip overs caused by moving a unit, vandalism on an unsecured lot, and material that should not have been loaded.
Compliance Is Shared, Not Transferred
We deliver equipment that meets its spec. Meeting the rules that apply to your worksite is still yours. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) requires one toilet for 20 or fewer workers, then one seat and one urinal per 40 workers above 20. OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities in the situations it names, which is why a handwashing station rental often ships alongside the toilets. ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 sets a baseline of one unit per ten workers over a 40 hour week with one service visit. Accessible units follow the 2010 ADA Standards, including a 60 inch turning space under 304.3 and a 32 inch clear door opening under 404.2.3. Cancellations, Changes and Billing
Dates, sizes and service frequency can usually be changed if you tell us early enough for the route to absorb it. Cancellation windows, extension charges and billing terms are set in your rental agreement, so read it before you sign. Ask us anything you want spelled out.
