Construction site services means one vendor handling the sanitation, waste, fencing and storage a Memphis job site needs from mobilization through punch list. Memphis Porta Pros sets the whole package on one delivery schedule so a superintendent is not chasing four different phone numbers.
The core is restrooms and handwashing. Around that, most Memphis lots add a roll-off for debris, perimeter fence, and a container for tools. A typical mobilization looks like a bank of standard porta potty rental units near the trailer, a handwashing station rental beside them, a roll-off dumpster rental at the debris side, and chain link fence panels around the boundary.
Longer jobs add a storage container rental for material security, a site office trailer, and light towers once the days shorten. Sites without power on day one usually need that solved before anything else lands.
OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets the construction rule: one toilet for 20 or fewer workers, then one seat and one urinal per 40 workers above 20. That is the floor, not the target. ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 sets a practical baseline of one unit per ten workers over a 40 hour week with one service visit, which is why most superintendents order above the OSHA minimum once several trades stack on the same lot.
Washing is a separate requirement. OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities in the situations it names, so a crew handling coatings or chemicals needs stations regardless of how many toilets are on site. Our OSHA portable toilet requirements and how many porta potties do I need pages work through the counts, and ADA accessible porta potty covers the accessible unit that belongs in the mix, with its 60 inch turning space under 2010 ADA Standards 304.3 and 32 inch clear door under 404.2.3.

Restrooms anchor the budget. A standard unit runs 125 to 250 dollars for a weekend and 125 to 325 dollars for a month, which is the rate most job sites book. Weekly service runs 30 to 60 dollars per unit per visit, and delivery generally runs 50 to 150 dollars. A deluxe flushing unit for the trailer area runs 200 to 350 dollars for a weekend, and an accessible unit runs 199 to 300 dollars for a weekend.
Container and fence pricing depends on size and duration. Roll-offs come in 10, 20, 30 and 40 yard boxes, and storage containers come in 20 foot and 40 foot lengths. See porta potty monthly rental for long job pricing and dumpster rental cost for the waste side.

Put the restrooms where the crew already walks, on firm level ground, with room for a service truck to pull alongside. A standard unit has a base of about 44 inches square and stands about 92 inches tall, so it fits tight spaces, but the truck that services it does not. Roll-offs need straight clearance behind the drop point, which is why the debris side usually gets planned first and everything else fits around it.
Fence panels are 6 feet tall by 12 feet wide, so a perimeter run is easy to count once you have the lot dimensions. Our porta potty placement guide covers surface, drainage and service truck access.

If everything sits on the lot, no. Placement in the public right of way may require a permit from the City of Memphis, and that applies to containers and units alike. Confirm before the truck rolls, because a ticketed container mid project is an avoidable delay. Our porta potty permit requirements and dumpster permit requirements pages explain what to verify and who to ask.
We service on a schedule you set. A technician pumps the 60 to 70 gallon holding tank on each unit, restocks consumables, and reports anything broken. If the crew count jumps mid project, we add units rather than stretching the service interval. If a unit gets knocked over on a windy Mississippi River lot, we right it and clean it.
Waste swaps work the same way. When a box fills, we haul and replace. Check what cannot go in a dumpster before loading so a rejected load does not stall the schedule.
